With more than 10 years of customer service experience, Taylor enjoys building rapport with the clients she serves. She takes a step-by-step approach to listen well, solve problems, and help each client land on the coverage that fits.
Taylor worked with our team in a previous role and was drawn to Copple after experiencing firsthand our professionalism, support, and care. “I enjoy being part of a small team that truly works together,” she says. “It’s great to know I have support from everyone here, no matter what comes up.”
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, and their daughter, Payton. Much of their time is spent on home projects as they remodel their house, along with plenty of cooking together.
Ed Copple led our agency from 1952 until the time of his passing in 2018. He instilled a simple yet powerful principle: treat clients like family.
